“You call it abstract, I call it beautiful” I personally have always loved photography but focused more on acting and writing as a profession. I love dealing with photos that encompass every color of the rainbow in one. Paint pallets, flowers or even the rainbows themselves. However, I take pictures of almost everything that seems unimportant to everyone because to me it is beautiful.
In light of my recent project, I’ve been getting a lot of “ask me” anons regarding who I would want to work with as an actress. So finally after many weeks of procrastination and finishing the insane amount of homework I had this weekend, I decided to revise and repost my list of actresses I would love to work with. Yes, this is a condensed version of just actresses. However it’s still pretty lengthy so hang tight.
1. Angie Harmon is obviously number one. She is still the one person I can run to and seek advice from about anything. Having been there for me since I was thirteen. She has, and is, continuing to help and inspire me in such monumental ways. Every day is just one more day closer actually sharing the screen with her.
2. Holly Marie Combs she is the reason I began acting. It is all because of her. I’ve been doing it since I was 6 years old but watching her on an episode of Charmed is when I said “I want to be like her”. So it only makes sense I would want to work with her.
3. Molly Burnett the responses to the ongoing joke between her and I are sometimes nothing shy of hysterical. She too has given me such great advice and I really would love to actually work with her someday. When it comes to teaching and learning, she is the equivalent to a big sister when it comes to my acting. I look up respect her more than words can stay.
4. Kimberly J Brown another actress whom I respect and who has given me some great advice. She is one hilarious woman and incredibly awesome. We WILL work together soon.
5. Alyssa Milano the only advice I’ve received from her was just a simple tweet but it still meant so much. She is still a remarkable actress and I look up to her immensely.
6. Amanda Fuller I mainly know who she is because of her television appearances. She was great in Rizzolli & Iles, NCIS, Law and Order, Without a Trace and I saw Red White and Blue but her performance in Greys Anatomy was spectacular and that’s when I really decided I wanted to work with her. She is very sweet and funny as well.
Now, to the people I haven’t actually been graced with the presence of or had a conversation with but would certainly hope to soon. My reign of focus is mainly on the women of television. That includes the soap operas. I’ve been watching them since I was literally a baby and in turn they fuel the acting bug in me like nothing else. So here they are….
6. Eden Riegel. Just watching her as I grew up she inspired me and unknowingly taught me so much. Although I didn’t understand what her character was completely about at a very young age, once I was older she helped me put a name and face to what I was feeling in my life. Her acting is so bold and so daring and her portrayal Bianca was so real that I feel if she hadn’t been portraying Bianca Montgomery at that time in my life I don’t think me finally understanding myself would have been possible. At seventeen I find myself watching old caps of AMC on You tube and I absolutely love watching Imaginary Bitches. What I wouldn’t give to have a simple conversation or even tweet with her. Not to mention her one year old and I have the same birthday. May 21st. What I wouldn’t give for a conversation with this crazy talented woman!
7. Christina Bennett Lind. I have such respect for her because she not only portrayed a character that had such an impact on my personal life but she did it so marvelously. Watching the transition from Eden to her was easy for me and in turn I really began to respect her as an actress. She is an amazing actress and I look up to her so much for wanting to place her support in women’s support organizations and LGBTQ organizations. Plus she went to Fordham University, a college I particularly fond of and applying to.
8. Sarah Glendening she is just so sweet and humble and her acting is phenomenal. She has the most expressive faces when she performs her dialogue. I truly loved her on AMC and ATWT. I would honestly also love to sing with her in some sort of production. Just to talk/tweet to her and here her advice would means tons
9. Ali Sweeney 10. Nadia Bjorlin 11. Jessica Leccia
I without a doubt would love to work with all of the incredible woman of film (Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, Helen Mirren. Etc.) but a few favorites are….
12. Anne Hathaway 13. Amy Adams 14. Natalie Portman 15. Scarlett Johansson 16. Mila Kunis 17. Michelle Pfeiffer 18. Helen Hunt 19. Nicole Kidman 20. Sandra Bullock 21. Julie Andrews 22. Kate Winslet 23. Susan Sarandon 24. Gwyneth Paltrow 25. Jennifer Aniston 26. Halle Berry 27. Julianne Moore 28. Amanda Seyfreid .
